While I agree with your take on how most modern women are extremely conniving and manipulative and do their best to control men and live off of them like vampiric leeches, I can soundly say that a "Real Man" exists, and is one who understands the concept of responsibility and can own up to legitimate mistakes, while making the best of the situation for all parties involved...and by "best" I don't mean "pleasing everyone" because what's best for one isn't always pleasurable...

A "Real Man" is one who can survive, hold his own, make real accomplishments by making the most of his personal growth and reserves, and provide for those in need...one who can attain and uphold true authority when necessary and utilize it properly. This is not to be confused with Man A. as mentioned above, for you're right, that guy's a pathetic abused slave and nothing more.

But think about this...a man (Man X) has a younger brother and maybe a young nephew. The two get into some serious trouble that is potentially life threatening, and in order for them to be saved and have a future, action must be taken immediately...this situation was incurred by the actions of this Man X (for whatever reasons...lets just say they were unintentional and/or due to uncontrollable circumstances or minor negligence). The only person who is aware of this immediate situation is Man X, who is now able to do something about this new and unexpected challenge. He has multiple options. He can say "fuck this shit, I'm not risking my life for these guys, they're doomed" and run away to save his own ass...he can freak out and stand there staring in horror...he can just ignore it all and walk away without looking back trying to suppress the experience...he could try to blame someone else and pin the responsibility on them and cop out of it while trying to get them to clean up the mess...or he can commit to facing the situation and using his strength, experience, knowledge and creative ingenuity to attempt to resolve the situation at whatever cost.

Now at this point he can either do so in a sloppy half assed selfish way to spare himself the guilt or say "I tried", give into rage and blind impulse and risk ruining everything and making it worse, or go all out and try his damndest to make everything turn out as perfect as possible to the best of his overall ability while committing to taking full responsibility for his actions that started all of this and trying to fix it with a strong heart and clear head...

In this case, who do you think would be the "Real Man"? The man who took responsibility for his error and made an effort to correct it, or the man who ran away in order to avoid responsibility and continue "having fun" caring about numero-uno?

Clearly, "maturity" does have a meaning, as the latter would surely be a prime example of immaturity...
